Project Coordinator & Data Analyst
Help us turn data into success
Every organisation relies on information. But information only becomes valuable when someone takes the time to understand it, connect the dots, and turn it into something people can trust, use, and learn from.
At Grieg, we are working toward smarter ways of doing things. We are improving how we see our operations, making better decisions, and building stronger digital foundations for our business. To help us grow, we are looking for a Project Coordinator & Data Analyst—someone who enjoys working where data, technology, and teamwork meet.
This is an 18-month project-based role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex situations. A lot of your work will focus on information leaders and teams use every day. You will manage dashboards and data sources, making sure they are accurate, current, and reliable to help our different teams understand performance, track progress, and find ways to improve.
In addition to working with data, you will help coordinate projects and initiatives. You bring structure, follow-up, and clarity to many tasks, making sure ideas turn into action and processes improve over time.
You might be a good fit for this role if you have experience in business administration, information systems, or a similar field. You know your way around Microsoft 365 and can use tools like Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate together.
You communicate clearly and thoughtfully in English, work well on your own, and collaborate well with others. You care about quality, aim for good results, and enjoy finding better ways to work.
You will work in our Makati, Metro Manila office and report to our Business Support Manager.
At Grieg, we see our employees as our most important resource. Our work environment is diverse, inclusive, and collaborative, with a healthy balance between work and personal life. We are committed to supporting both professional development and a strong, positive company culture.
We support our employees’ well‑being through comprehensive benefits, including Group Insurance and HMO coverage for all employees.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you—and to have you help us turn information into insight, and insight into better decisions. We do not require a full cover letter, but would appreciate a short paragraph explaining what motivates you to apply for this position.
Apply today, or by May 20 at the latest. We will review applications as they come in, and may close the recruitment process early if we find the right candidate.
