We welcome applications for internship for some of our departments - both for the spring and fall semesters. As an intern in Grieg Maritime Group, you will be placed within one of our specialized business units, aligning your competencies with the areas that offer the most optimal fit.

You will have the opportunity to apply for an internship in different facets of our business, including but not limited to:

• Technical Operations/Ship Management

• Technical Development

• Finance and Accounting

• IT and digitisation

• Strategy and Communication 

• Human Resources/Organisational Development

We will give you a practical, real-world experience in the shipping industry. You will get full day-to-day involvement in one or more actual projects, preferably selected to match your interests and abilities. You will be assigned a mentor that will guide and support you throughout the internship period. 

Who are we looking for?

Internships with Grieg Maritime Group are for students pursuing a degree in business, engineering, maritime studies, logistics, HR, or other relevant fields. You are eager to learn about the maritime industry and enjoy being challenged. 

Our team speak the Scandinavian languages or English, and we expect you to do the same.

The recruitment process 

Our dedicated team will review applications on an ongoing basis. However, please note that there are specific deadlines for submitting open internship applications:

• Spring semester: October 1

• Summer: February 1

• Fall semester: April 1
